No, since each piece is made-to-order or custom-tailored, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer one complimentary round of alterations to ensure the perfect fit.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and delivery. Each piece is made with care and intention — never rushed.

How does the custom process work?

You’ll start with a one-on-one consultation via video call or WhatsApp. From there, we collaborate on fabric, fit, and style to create your perfect piece. Nothing is automated — every design begins with a conversation.

What if I need adjustments after delivery?

We offer one free round of alterations. Just get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Can I customize a piece from the capsule collection?

All capsule pieces can be customised — get in touch via WhatsApp to ask. For full customization, we recommend starting in the Atelier.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we primarily serve clients within India. For international requests, please message us — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
